Château de l'Aumérade

Acquired by Henri and Charlotte Fabre in 1930, the Château de l'Aumérade is the largest of the six estates of the family. The 300 hectares of vineyards are situated in a vast clay-limestone plain of Pierrefeu. Its terroir delivers wines aged since 1955 in the elite of Crus Classés.

The nose is elegant and fine with aromas of white melon. In the mouth, a great deal of elegance and fat.
A fresh wine, silky and intense with a fine aromatic persistence.

Mets & Vins

Try on truffes, veal, poultry and fish. With a Reblochon or Mont d'or and with desserts based on cream, chocolate or crème brûlée. Elegant rosé of gastronomy, it is also excellent on caviar.
